Hello from Viera, Florida

Greetings from, sunny yet chilly ,Viera, Florida! I’ve been here since the 1st and I’m real excited for Spring Training to start. The official report date for the Pitchers & Catchers is this Friday. For the last couple weeks I’ve been throwing in the morning with a couple of the guys who are here: Jordan Zimmerman, Nyjer Morgan, Bergmann, Chico, and more and more guys are arriving daily. I have been sticking with
doing Yoga a couple times a week with my wife at the siiick gym they have down here, and I’ve been able to play a few rounds of golf too! I’ve thrown a couple bull pens, and I feel amazing. I’ve changed a few things around this year and I think it’s going to be a really great thing for me. I’m excited to see how things will pan out this Spring. The Nationals First Wives are participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk March 6th. It is taking place at Space Coast Stadium, and I am asking you to help them raise money! It is very easy to donate from their webpage here: Alzheimer’s Walk Webpage

Your wife , Ashley, has been doing a great job with getting support for the Alzheimer’s walk. The WNFF guys are pitching in and Chris,Tracy and others are doing their part too. It also looks like you are having a lot of fun and thats the way its supposed to be. Do well in ST and we hope to see you soon.
